Now that Sadie has 2 teeth, we brush them each night before bed. She loves it when Mommy massages her gums as shown in the video below:

Fun Family Weekend

On Saturday, we all went to the Dr. for our flu shots and Sadie was weighed and measured again. The official measurements show that she now weighs 6.8 kg (almost 15 pounds) and is 64.5 cm (25.4 inches) tall.

After the appointment, Sadie modeled off one of her favorite outfits while playing with her soft block books:

On Sunday we went to the Botanic Gardens for some family photos. Sadie enjoyed wearing her new dress and riding in the taxi...

...and looking at the swans in Swan Lake with Mommy...

....but is always happiest lounging around the house in her more comfy outfits.

Library and Singing Time

Sadie and Mommy enjoyed some time at the Wilt Library in the video below:

...and later enjoyed playing with one of her new toys:

Just the Three of Us......

All Growns Up!

Sadie's newest trick is standing. You have to put her in the position, yet she's always very proud of herself once standing.

Mooncakes!

The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of many celebrated festivals here in Singapore. Based on the Chinese lunar calendar, it is the 15th day of the eighth month where the moon is the believed to be at its brightest and fullest, thereby symbolizing abundance and harmony. This auspicious occasion is celebrated among the Chinese communities worldwide. It is a time of reunion for families and friends where all gather to enjoy mooncakes, Chinese tea and appreciate the full moon.

Lisa went to a mooncake making workshop here at Treetops to share in the local delight.
